Objective
The primary goal of the Valley SC is to give soccer enthusiasts an opportunity to play and enjoy the
game they otherwise might not get. Located in the Pioneer valley of Western Massachusetts, we draw players
from a number of local high schools. Currently, there is only one team (High School boys) playing
for the club, but thats fine with us. Our secondary objective is to give the kids something to do
at a time in their lives when exclusion is a major obstacle (lets face it, between ages 15 and 18 there
isn't as much to do as there is not to do. And by nurturing teamwork and fair play - principles that
will serve these young players their whole lives - we hope to enrich and expand.
The most exciting thing going on right now (other than the current session) would be the recent
addition of the "Store" section, where you can purchase Soccer gear online through Soccer.com. Please
do your purchases through the Valley SC portal, as the a portion of the purchase will go to support
the Valley SC (and I really want to get some new uniforms).
And if you are a High School player looking for a winter team, please drop an email
to us. We
may only have one team now, but I would love to have a couple - either all in the same division or
into younger age groups. There are also several facilities available: All Sport Soccer in Northampton and
another new facility at the Eastern States in West Springfield.

Valley SC is always looking for players (and coaches).
Additionally, we are looking for sponsors so that we can provide more appropriate
team wear and offset the registration costs for players who might not otherwise get to
play.
